Year Award. At the 2002 Summit County Parade
of Homes, we received six awards including the prestigious
Overall Grand Award, and the Kokomo
Lodge at Copper Mountain earned the Mountain Living
Magazine Best Contemporary Home award in the
2003 Parade of Homes. At the 2007 Parade of Homes, we received the LUXE Magazine Best of Parade, Summit County 2007 Award for the best home in the Parade across all categories.

With more than 30 years
of professional experience, Mark McCrerey is a leader
in the community and construction industry.
Mark has been president of both the Colorado Association of Homebuilders and the Summit County Builders Association.
 Mark is a licensed Realtor and a Graduate Master Builder. Graduate Master Builder (GMB) is an exclusive and top level professional designation that includes advanced and in-depth coursework geared toward the more experienced building professional. Requirements include building industry experience, obtaining a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation, proof of liability insurance, proof of workers compensation insurance, valid contractor’s license, and adherence to the GMB Code of Ethics. The GMB designation is the highest professional accreditation from the National Association of Home Builders.
